1. Processing Time
   All orders require 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
2. Delivery Time
   Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and courier service. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Information
   Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
4. Courier Responsibility
   After dispatch, parcels are under the responsibility of the courier service. Deluxe Hairs by Temmy is not liable for courier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or failed delivery attempts.
5. Incorrect Address
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
