Refund policy
At Deluxe Hairs by Temmy, due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are considered final unless an error has occurred on our part.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be approved if the error is directly from Deluxe Hairs by Temmy. This includes:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving the wrong length, texture, or lace type different from what was ordered
- Receiving a product that is damaged upon arrival (must be reported immediately)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if the product has been:
- Worn
- Installed
- Washed
- Styled
- Altered
- Combed or brushed
- Had the lace cut
Once the lace has been cut, the sale is final.
3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order with clear photo and video evidence.
Items must remain unused and in original condition while being reviewed.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to a confirmed error on our part, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–9 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
